Shamanic Intensive Training Course in Bolivian Andes & Amazon

Sacha Runa Collective offers two Month-long Shamanic Intensive Training Courses a year
(Jan/Feb and August) in the Bolivian Andes& Amazon (http://www.sacharuna.com).
The course is indeed Intensive and deeply transformational.
It is intended to help train those poeple who trully want to entrust themselves to Spirit
and dedicate themselves to service.
No prerequisite is necessary, except the absolute determination to face oneself
and do what is needed to allow spirit to flow through us and bless creation.
The next one is August1-30.
Have to fly in and out of la Paz, Bolivia.
Application letters are due ASAP.

For serious apprentices who intend to become full fledged shamans and
conduct medicine ceremonies, at least 4 courses are recommended but it
ultimately dependes on everybody's skills.

In honor of Independence Day, I think it's appropriate to begin a thread focused on the kind of society that we, the people, would like to replace the American Empire after its inevitable collapse. Let's attempt to do our best at keeping the comments constructive, limiting the criticism to the ideas, without moving into ad hominem attacks. What kinds of Revolutionary Ideas do you propose, and can begin to implement, as we turn the corner on the end of an era?

This beautiful setting and the video features a Yew tree which is 2,500 years old. It was born in the age when the Pharoah's still ruled Egypt ... long, long before the church came into being. One Eyed One Legged Forest Guardians

Agurrak.

I've become increasingly interested in forest guardians or plant spirits that are one eyed- it seems a common theme. I'm aware of Gimbutas' research on Old European male consorts being one eyed, phallic representative, mushroom resembling- I am curious how this carries throughout world traditions. Many diverse cultures have those in great knowledge of the forest and the magicks it contains are either one eyed, or one legged, or one armed, or all three.... It evokes a tree trunk to have one leg, or the sacrifice of an eye to gain wisdom.... Does anyone have thoughts, musings, or meditations upon this?

Odin, Osayin, Torto, Tezcatlipoca, Fachan, i believe theres a reference to a one eyed forest spirit in the Mabinogion

I appreciate this tribe- I've found the discussions quite inspiring.

My Time
I have helped many people, and have been helped by many. I value my time here on earth as priceless, and I value our time interacting just as priceless. All my “time” here on earth to this point, was “invested” towards these next few pages. I have written a thousand pages, spent my “life’s resources”, to figure out this was the only thing worth saying, what I truly wanted us to understand… “It truly doesn’t need to be this way”, and here’s the proof… I now know how much of a gift to me, giving this to us, really is…
All I can hope, is that we will accept this inspiring knowledge, and apply it…

Intro
Millions of pages could be written on “why” this works, yet it would not assist us in doing it, so all we will read in here is “how” it works.
You don’t have to believe in anything I present to you, yet it works if we have the determination to follow through and “see” for ourselves.
Regardless of what ails us, regardless of symptoms and diagnostics, existence will help us heal ourselves, others, and our existence. “We Are” all patients and healers, here on Earth to learn, grow, change, and evolve.

This is a simple, easy, loving, ability that all humans have been given. If you are alive, you can do this, and I believe in you.

You don’t have to believe these next concepts, yet understanding them allows the miracle of healing to amplify. Don’t take my words for it, try it, or come see for yourself.

Simple Concepts

Consciousness

Our consciousness is always chewing on something. So it chews on what you place there, or what has been placed there, and it amplifies everything....

Time and Allowing

Time is not important in this process, other then, “is it” time to allow yourself to heal. Allowing is everything, yet it may not be your “time to allow” this to happen! Only you can change “your time”, to allow love and cosmic energy to heal through you.

Understanding

No matter how much we learn about something, understanding comes from “being and doing”.

Intuition and Guidance

By noticing what we notice, it allows us to notice so much more…
If it feels true, right, and good, know that it is good and you are right to act upon your personal truth…

Resistance to the Love of Life

Love is the barrier and the glue, resistance to loving life thickens the barrier. While if we allow more love into our lives towards “all that is”, we will be able to feel the glue, or the web that binds us to the “here and now”.

Life as our teacher

Life is not “all about self”, for “we are” not alone. If you are alive, you are surrounded by life allowing us to live. There is no living without life, so we are in this together. The infinite interactions of life, brought us to where we are, allowing you to understand the “universe of you”…

Svaha

Svaha is one of the Native American words for the space between lightning and thunder. This concept fascinates me to no end. Space between two aspects of the same thing, yet different things…
What do we fill the space between us with? Love and Hate? There is a fine line between those two passions, and it can turn on us as quickly as the light of lightning turning into the booming vibration of thunder. Hate is nothing other then a distorted love!
What do you see, what do you hear? More importantly, what do you feel, sense, and perceive in the space between what “we” see and hear?

Secrets and Illusions

The only secrets and illusions there are in life, are the ones we co-create together, and there are no secrets in this… Enjoy…

Words

Words are shallow, hollow shells that miss the depth of what we have within us.
Words miss the depth of pictures and “seeing”. I hope we can “see” beyond my words to see the picture I am painting. Look at each word as a brush stroke in the painting, and we will see beyond the words, to “see” these loving intentions of healing.

Seen possibilities

Our “sphere of availability” is always much larger than what is seen. Love the unseen possibilities and assistance in our life, for we are here to help you “see”…

Limitations

“I Am” not interested in what “I can do”, for in that statement I become limited. I am interested in what “we can do”, for that bypasses my limitations through the “infinite interactions of life”…

Togetherness

I feel our existence can be summed up in the hollow shell of these four words,
“Happily Being Alive Together”… Yet how can we become happy together, unless we come together and learn to be happy in togetherness? Working towards togetherness separately, only keeps us separated… Come together to understand togetherness…

Ripples of energy

Every thought, feeling, action/inaction/reaction ripples out into the world and comes back to us, showing us what was caused. Like a bat “seeing” the world in vibrations, we can also “see” the vibrations we cause, and change our tune accordingly…
Learn to love the ripples we send and receive, tuning our vibrations to ripple love throughout “your world and our world”!

Perspective

The inside and the outside are the same side, just different perspectives…
To unite the inner/outer focus of love, love becomes the same side of our interactions together…

Connected to wholeness

“We are” connected, through a web, a tapestry, playing a tune together, dancing together, or any other way you wish to see it…
We interact with existence in more ways then I care to write down. “We are” just one piece of the cosmic puzzle that contains existence and life.
“I Am” separate, splintered, distracted, broken, or “We Are” whole, complete, united, consciously organized non-organization… Which does the universe of you prefer?
Here are my keys, care to share yours?

So… on to Healing

This is so simple that most choose not to understand this simple complexity. I have had no formal teachers, nor schooling. I am thankful, for with life as my only teacher, I was not imbued with secrets, fluff, and murky waters of understanding. I was not taught through the limitations of the “teachers”, in the way of life, for life allows all ways of life to be explored and discovered, as our past shows… What I have explored and discovered I have explored alone, shared freely, happily, and with inspiring encouragement. It took me, life, and seeking understanding through interactions, to understand the path that I walk in my life, and that was something no one could show me, except life…

Healing is interactive understanding…
Don’t take my words for it, try it…
To hide from understanding, creates apathy to the inner hurts we accumulate in our lives.

Look at each hurt you have taken personally, as a little stone that you pick up and put in your pocket. As we accumulate these stones, we become sluggish, and then sometimes over burdened with our heart turning to stone…

This interactive meditation allows us to shed our stones of hurt, crack open our hearts of stone, and learn to feel aliveness of life, through connecting ourselves to “all that is”.
Walking the web of life, consciously strengthening our connections. It works alone, yet amplifies when doing it with others.

One last thing before I get to it, we can connect to anyone, anything, anyplace, just by thinking of it, yet physical presence amplifies the connection, and touch amplifies it further. Also, to mold the love is to distort and limit it, and ourselves. To send pure, unmolded, unconditional love, it will always fulfill its purpose.

Learning “How” to Heal

Once again I will say, why or what is not important, only the “how”, and following your intuition… I have never done this the same way twice, only starting it the same…

The distractions in your life will try to keep you from allowing yourself to connect, so this part is up to you, “to do” or “not to do”…

Picture the distractions in your life melting off of you, like dirt in a shower…

Every step of the way, honor and respect each connection for joining you on your journey of life. Run through what you love about each connection, for as long as you need, to “feel” it strengthen with love amplifying between you, then move on to the next. Striving to unite the inside and the outside as the same side for what is in the space between you…

The key that makes this, and the only hard part of this, is to lose your consciousness on this journey, or rather “letting go” of anything other then the “love of healing”… if you can manage that, you will find the miracle of existence, and allow it to happen…

On the quest of healing, follow your intuition…

Networking The Web of Life Within
Inside, Sameside, Outside
Earth, Body, love and healing energy, physical existence
Air, intelligence, love and healing energy, cosmic intelligence
Water, soul, love and healing energy, cosmic souls
Fire, spirit, love and healing energy, cosmic spirits
Space, all that is, love and healing energy, all that is

After strengthening “the universe of you”, secure intimate connections to everyone, everything, everyplace you could possibly think of, doing more of the same till you “let go” and feel yourself connect to the healing energy of existence, tingling and pulsing with the energy of life that flows through all things, then focus upon healing yourself and existence… The time it takes to let go, is up to “you to allow”…

See, wasn’t that simple, haha, now “you” have the power of being a healer in existence!

Love the journey, love existence, and love getting connected.
I believe in you, and may we together heal each other and our existence. May “we” make time to allow ourselves to heal. Life is love, or why would you be here? We Love You!

Enter your Soul = School of Universal Life
There is more to explore, discover, recover and share…
The inner light knows no bounds,
Yet we express ourselves with shapes and sounds…

New Tribe: Core Shamanism

Come to be with other people who share the same hunger for a life in communion with their totem animals and spirit guides.

Core Shamanism is "universal or near-universal principles and practices of shamanism not bound to any specific cultural group or perspective, as originated and developed by anthropologist Michael Harner" at the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.

That said, "Core Shamanism" really does mean Core. The FSS does not teach the beautiful, cultural traditions they have encountered all over the world out of respect for those indigenous tribes. This type of ritual and culture we can create on our own! Spirited drumming and music, ritual, sacred garb are all part of this Way. Many of us have blended our spritual paths to create something unique. However the foundation still remains.

Prerequisite:

Ouroboros Press editor William J. Kiesel will give a talk on the enigmatic symbolism associated with the Animal Kingdom as employed in Alchemical texts during the Renaissance. Hermetic philosophers drew from mythological and biblical sources while depicting their alchemical emblems to explain the process of making the Philosopher’s Stone. Key symbols for interpretation will be discussed and accompanied by a slide show of alchemical imagery from rare books and manuscripts.
This presentation is given on the occasion of a new edition of the Turba Philosophorum, just released by Ouroboros Press. Copies of the book will be available for signing after the presentation.

With every Word we Utter

With every word we utter,
with every question we ask,
in one of two destinations,
our awareness is guided.

When guided into Story,
whether past-remembered, present-analyzed or future-fantasized,
our awareness gets bogged
in Sam-sa-ra’s sorrow, pain, fear, aggression, pride, control and folly.

But, when awareness is allowed to unfurl,
in the limitless expanse of the present moment,
the love, devotion, peace, insight, happiness and bliss of our Buddha-nature
is deeply drunk, no less explored.

No, Mr. T;
no matter how politely you ask me,
I will NOT go into story
for it is but a quagmire of a trap,

deceitfully distracting us
from the cutting edge of the present moment.

No matter how politely or earnestly
a child pleads with me
to give him liquid plumber to drink,
I shall NOT give it to him.

Likewise, now matter how you may try
to persuade, coax or manipulate me,
I will NOT give you
the poison of story.

Mr. T, the allure of my past,
pales in contrast
with the importance
of your now!

Tread you Theravada, Mahayana or Mantrayana:
the highway of now
is the one path trod
by every great Buddhist saint.

There are two ways to approach this path, my friend:
by Contriving a concentration upon now,
or by Spontaneously relaxing into the present moment.

To the uninitiated, the difference in technique
could seem to be the width of a hair,
but the results could be as separate
as Heaven and Earth.

"Look at me," said the man. "I can't change."

"Look at me," said the tree. "I change every season from green to brown to green again, from bud to flower to fallen leaf. Yet I always remain myself, a tree."

"I can't love anymore," said the woman. "With my love, I have given away all that I am."

"Look at me," said the tree. "There are robins in my branches, owls in my trunk, moss and ladybugs living on my bark. They may take what I have, but not what I am."

Whether we know it or not, we are like the tree. Only our pride hangs on to a false sense of self, wanting to keep everything, refusing to follow advice or spiritual direction.

What we do doesn't matter; how we do it is what counts. Change and growth is as natural as the sun coming up every morning and the setting of it every night. Go with what is inside you and listen to what your heart tells you. Why not if even for just today, reach out once more to a place that exists outside yourself without fear or judgment for yourself or from others . . . just once more.

We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.

Everything Lives

Everything is alive, eternal , conscious and interconnected. The stones, trees, clouds, land , animals, stars etc., are living conscious beings, at once individuals and part of an infinite whole. That which some call God is usually seen as an all encompassing, inclusive Life Force , Intelligence, Will, Spirit, Force, or Source which is manifest and inseparable from anything else including ourselves. We all weave, carve, dance, sing, create, the universe, the unfolding reality together . Each individual element/ being has a vital part in this act of creation. Whatever the apparent form we hold we are each part and party of the entire stream of energy and intention. We build bliss and joy, swim within a constant flow of love and wisdom. What seems to be separation and or sorrow is a part of the game. A movement in the dance of our creating. We make ourselves forget. We hide from ourselves that magnificence of the whole infinite Universe, The World tree, the Cosmic orgasm as part of that dance, for the experience, for the contrast , for the richness of variety. We play our game, lose ourselves, live in bodies, and then return to the bliss and wisdom that is the whole.

Drum records

and say a prayer or dedicate the merit of your practice

Dear Mr. S,

I was taught
that every meal or drink of water
is a great opportunity to both
generate and share good karma.

I do so
with the following prayers:

I saw this CNN headline when I turned on my computer this morning- shocking- my prayers go out to these poor women.
I thought these days were over....Here is the report:

PORT MORESBY, Papua New Guinea (Reuters) -- Four Papua New Guinea women, believed by fellow villagers to have used sorcery to cause a fatal road crash, were tortured with hot metal rods to confess, then murdered and buried standing up in a pit, said police.
The National newspaper said on Wednesday that police had only just uncovered the grisly murders, which occurred last October near the town of Goroka in the jungle-clad highlands some 400 kilometers (250 miles) north of the capital, Port Moresby.
Black magic is widespread in the South Pacific nation where most of the 5.1 million population live subsistence lives. Women suspected of being witches are often hung or burned to death.
Local police commander Chief Inspector David Seine told the newspaper that people in the village of Kamex accused the four women of sorcery after a road crash killed three prison officers.
The women were reportedly tortured into admission by being stabbed with hot metal rods, Seine said.
It appeared the women were blindfolded with thick sticky tape strapped across their faces and mouths and their hands had been tied before they were murdered, he said.
Seine said the women were buried in an old narrow toilet pit in the standing position. The pit was then covered with soil and two old vehicle tires placed on the top.
"They planted a banana tree on top of the pit with fresh grass making it difficult for anyone to discover the site, but police got to it with the help of some elders from the village," he said.

Body check

About 10 years ago I learned a good technique for making choices...in life matters on a big scale, and in small matters, too...like what vitamins or foods my body needs at any given time.

The premise behind this technique is that your body, your subconscious, know what you need, knows what is good for you. We sometimes cloud that deep knowing with outside chatter of "they say i'ts good for you".

I have about 6 different vitamins and supplements in my medicine cabinet. Some days I take all of them. Some days I don't.

Here's the way you do it...

Take a deep breath and be conscious of how your body is feeling. Breathe deeply again, and see where there is tension, where it is relaxed. Breathe again, and relax.

Now, pick up a bottle of vitamins with the intention of taking one. Take another deep breath and see how your body reacts. Does anything tense up? Does anything relax? Does any part of you change?

For me, if the area around my stomach tenses, then I put it back. My body doesn't need it that day. If everything stays relaxed, then it's OK to take it. Your body may react differently. You may feel changes in hot or cold. You may hear sounds. You may see colors. Experiment a little to see what your body tells you. If you can't get a measurable reaction from the supplement, try touching something that is definitely not good for you to ingest, like laundry soap, and see how your body reacts.

I've gotten to the point where I just have to reach for the bottle, and I feel the reaction.

Some days the conscious part kicks in to override the intuitive feeling. I have to laugh at my body's reaction. The other day I reached for the Vitamin C. Intuitive part said I didn't need it. But the conscious part said "you're tired, your immune system needs the boost". So even though my stomach area was clenching, I tried to take one. Couldn't get the darn thing down, even though I usually don't have a hard time taking pills. Lesson learned as I spit the pill into the garbage. : )

Work with this on a small level til you get used to your body's reactions. The good side effect is that when it comes to more important and larger matters, the technique is in place, and it can help you to make decisions about larger things like jobs and relationships.

Try it some time. Your body really does know what it needs. Its voice isn't that loud, so you have to take some time to hear it.

Energies of separation

Volumes and volumes have been written about relationships and break-ups. But in all the books I've seen, there has never been any mention of the energies that happen during a relationship.

You love someone. On an energy level, you make a connection with that person. A line, a conduit, a heart-to-heart connection through which flows the energies of love and caring that you feel for that person. They flow between you, nurture and nourish your spirits.

When a relationship ends, the energy changes. If you are the one severing the relationship, then you have time to withdraw the energies and close off your end of the connection. On an energy level, it's the best way to end something. You know it's happening, so you can prepare for the moment you sever the connection.

But if you're the one being cut off, it's not good at all. The connection on the other end is severed. But your heart still loves, still sends that energy. If your love is strong, it can feel like your heart is connected to a downed power line, the loose, severed end sparking and dancing in a puddle of water.

What do you do with that love? What do you do with the energy? Can you abruptly shut it off?

This has always been the hardest part for me when a relationship is ended by the other person, when it blind-sides me, when I don't expect it.

I've tried clamping down on the feeling, but the energy backs up and it feels like I'm having a heart attack. There is such a strong connection between mind and heart and body. It makes my chest hurt and I can't breathe.

Crying helps...loud, heart rending, tearful sobbing...not the quiet-into-the-pillow kind. The energy needs a place to go until your heart runs out of it, til the wound that was once a connection can close and heal. Slowly, and carefully, you need to find a way to close off the connection.

The funny thing is that even though the energy is still flowing out of my heart, it doesn't feel depleted. I don't feel tired or drained from it. That's the magic of love...the more you love, the more there is, the more it flows. It's stopping that flow that causes the problems.

There is no definite direction for that flow of love to go, nothing on the receiving end of it. It's like scrabbling around in the dark, looking for something to touch, to give you an anchor. Traditional ways of grounding energy are useless.

Last night I did a meditation. I turned off the lights and sat in the darkness, listening to the quiet sound of my breathing. Listening to my heart beat. It surprised me that it beats so strongly, so steadily. In my mind's eye, I saw the wound, the place where the connection to my heart was torn away. The edges are ragged and deeply torn. They weep bright scarlet drops of heart's blood. I gently clean the wound, bring the torn edges together so it can begin to heal. I wrap it in a bandage of soft gauze, and let the love that still flows from it flow over me. I burrowed under the comforter, and sank gently into healing sleep.

The Church Of Higher Consciousness

The church is plain but the message is clear. I feel people should be able to use what they want in order to develop their conscious or loose their ego. I have been doing what I can to get the church legally recognized, if you have any information or advice it would be greatly appreciated. whats the essence of shamanism?

i am puzzled what the essence of shamanism. i know a fair amount about it, yet i cannot pinpoint its exact direction.

would you say that its about connection to earth and nature? but thats the same as many other paths such as that followed by witches, pagans, or just nature followers.

is it about traveling to other worlds/realities and extra sensory perception? so can the odd local psychic (amougnt charlatans)

is it about drug induced realities used for self exploration? one can be labeled 'shaman' without taking an entheogen.

is it about healing? so claims your local reiki practioner.

i am pulled strongest to the earth/nature connection. my reasoning being... we are much programmed in this world to look UP to heaven to a some god, and live to be good so that we can go to heaven. shamanism focus DOWNWARDS and being down to earth. looking up to the sky gods caused us to loose our connection to that under our feet and severs us from our source of power and energy, that being earth, so we trip and stumble. shamanism adresses that problem and reastablishes those true connects

Bardon and Hermetics

Hi. I'm new to the list and I've been having a good time listening to the chat.

My spiritual bent is toward gnosticism and hermetics. I'm a big fan of Franz Bardon. I find his system simple and, more importantly, healthy.

I was asked to post something on Bardon, so I figure the best way to go about this is to figure out who has first hand experience with Bardon's system, specifically, or hermtics in general (By hermetics I mean either traditional hermetics (from the hermetica), or anything in the Western Occult Tradition derived from hermetics...). I would also love to hear what other systems "look" a lot like Bardon's. It seems to be very different from most modern ritual paths. (a little more on the mystical rather than magical side, perhaps... but that's just my experience.)

sharing meditation experiences

Hi Friends,
I want to say thank you to all who participated in the meditation last night. My experience was so beautiful, and supercharged. Along with the celestial forces at hand, I felt so much energy from knowing that there were others out there doing the same thing. This is a really powerful gift we have at our use, and I think the idea of comig together more is a good one, and needed. One person created a tribe specific to mass meditations. It's under critical mass meditations, you can find it in my profile if you need to. I would like to share my experience with you, and I hope to hear of your experiences as well.

It was dark, and I was in a pond in nature, a wooded area. I was half naked, and standing half in and half out. The water was the color of the Earth, greens and blues, and I was combing through the water with my fingers, and the colors were swirling. It was soft, and pure. As I was feeling the Earth water, I could sense that some parts of it were more dense, globular, and gooey. I started to gather this goop from the water, it was spread all around. I gathered it all and lifted it out of the water and held it up to my head. It was a mass of dark, tar-like goo. I projected into it love and light energy, and I said prayers to it, and thanked it for being in the Earth, for the lessons that it had taught us. But I told it that we learned all we could from it, and that we were ready to move past what it could give to us. So I put energy into it to transmute the dark into light to be used for love. After a little while the mass began to move and writhe around as if something were inside of it. Soon it cracked, and a colorful little butterfly came out and sat there for a moment. Then another, and another. Then the mass was covered by these colorful butterflies, and they took off together in a swoosh and circled around me. I thanked them for the change that they went through, and sent them off to spread around the Earth.

Thank you again for participating, or even just being in the same mind frame of wanting to be apart of making positive changes of peace to this world. I look forwards to keeping this connection to all of you. So much Love to you.

reminder*mass meditation for peace

Greetings Friends,
This is a reminder notice about the mass meditation for peace this Sunday, the 11th at sunset. I have sent out this invite to all of my 22 tribes, plus emailed everyone I had in my email adresses. I made this invite available for approximately 4,000 people to view. I have gotten so many positive responses back, and I want to say thank you to all who responded, and had great ideas and information to share about this practice. There has been some question from people about time zones. I am in AZ, and you are welcome to figure out when people in this part of the Earth will be doing this. Otherwise to make it more simple, you can just do it during sunset in your area and I feel it would still be quite powerful. Especially since we will be with a full moon, which I have been told is called the "Strong-Sun" moon, and is emotionally based. Also Pluto is said to be aligned with the center of the galaxy - what that means I am not even sure :) It's just nice to hear that there are powerful forces behind us on this day.
As for your practice, be creative. Use imagery, candles,incorporate sound (with instruments or voice), use colors (pink is associated with this full moon I am told), use plants, stones/crystals (I hear carnelian is also associated), be in nature, or set up space in your home. Maybe even get together with a group of friends. Again I ask that we all dedicate at least 20 minutes for this practice. Also if you can take some time to cut and paste this post on as many forums as possible, it would add so much greatness to the experience.
Thank you for your participation in this positive movement towards peace. I am honored to be able to come together with all of you in this pracitce. I know that there are many of us out there that are aware of the damage that is going on, has been going on, to the Earth and to ourselves. Damage that will affect us for generations to come, it is leaving it's imprints on our DNA has it is happening. But we are not powerless against this. In fact, we are the most powerful. But we have to wake up to realize exactly what that power is, and how to use it. We have to relearn what it means to be a human being. With more of us coming together, sharing insight, information, and love, we build a foundation for grace and beauty. There are many possibilities for how this change in our world may come about. Let's use our intention to bring it about peacefully, mindfully. So much love to all of you.

mass meditation for peace

Hello Friends, I am wanting to organize a mass meditation for peace, and I am doing it via tribe. We know that our minds are very powerful, well let's start using them to bring about the positive changes neccessary in our world. Ya interested?? I am asking that everyone dedicate at least 20 min. to this practice on the same day. I was thinking maybe at sunset. That way our vibes that we are putting out will be assisted by the pull of the sun into darkness. Any ideas of how to enhance ones practice is welcome and should be shared by all. If the time of day doesn't work, one should do so when they can, it would still add so much to the force of love that we will be sending out. How does Sunday June 11th sound??
